RADIOWAVE DUAL PALLET DETECTION DEVICE

The devices "Zaslon-DP-200", "Zaslon-DP-600 are designed as the security alarm system for creating linear security borders along the perimeter aiming at intruder detection crossing the detection area in full height or stooping.

The device consists of two functional parts: the transmitter (TR) and the receiver (RC). TR produces a stream of electromagnetic waves and interacts with RC forming a detection area (DA).

RC constantly controls the intensity of the stream.

The intruder crossing the DA partially or totally temporarily blocks the wave stream causing a change in RC. If the change exceeds a threshold value, and the stream level change corresponds to the selected mode the device generates an alarm signal.

• Allows operation on unprepared sites (overgrown grass, snow or surface roughness height to 0, 5 m.).

• Provides constant 24-hour operation at ambient temperatures from-60° c to +65° c.

• Generates an “error” signal by disjunction of input points of controlling switch till the problem is solved when:
  
  - supply voltage reduction occurs (9, b ± 0, b)V
  - TR or RC error;
  - sabotage by shielding emission with radio absorbing materials or by faking the TR with external emission.

• The device operates and does not issue false positives in the separate mode in case of:

  a) human movement following distances from the axis of the DA, not less:

  1.2 m with 200 m area length (1, 5 m with 300 m length for "ZASLON-DP-600),

  0.9 m at 100 m area length,

  0.5 m at 50 m area length;

  b) single vehicle movement at the following distances from the axis of the DA, not less:

  1.5 m at 200 m area length (2, 2 m at 300 m area length for “ZASLON-DP-600),

  1 m at 100 m area length,

  >0.7 m at 50 m area length;

  c) single small animals (birds) movement at 3 m and more distance from the detector;

  d) RC under the impact from the neighboring RC with both serial and parallel detector installation;

  e) emission range 433 Mhz VHF and cellular phone at 0.5 m distance or more from the detector;

  f) emission in the VHF range from 150 to 175 Mhz up to 40 Watts at a distance of more than 5 m from the detector.

• Different modes to reduce the mutual influence of neighboring detectors are available. Side-by-side installation of two detectors is available.

• The device is secured against reverse polarity supply voltage due to personnel mishap or impulses voltage up to 1000 v duration up to 1 Msec induced by thunderstorms in the connecting lines.

• The device high operating frequency defines a small width of the DA in the plane parallel to the body axis which provides enhanced resistance to moving objects at the closest DA axis distance

• Protective visors included in the device set provide additional protection against water flows when the detector is installed in places with possible rain intensity more than 30 mm/HR (humid tropical climate zone, etc.) or by solar radiation, with a possible heating more than 65° c (dry tropical climate zone).
