The construction of large facilities requires a concentration of productive resources in next to the construction site. Organization of high-grade construction and assembly area including a staff of professional engineers and technicians and skilled workers, office, industrial and warehouse buildings and structures, modern construction equipment and machinery usually takes no more than three weeks. At sites with a constant amount of work construction and installation sites are transformed into separate divisions of the company.

A separate division in Novovoronezh, Voronezh region is one of the largest separate units that performs work on two major areas - reconstruction of Novovoronezh NPP - 1 and construction of Novovoronezh NPP - 2. The production of elements of safety systems and ventilation is organized on the basis of the branch.
A separate division in Neman, Kaliningrad region was established in 2013 to carry out work on the construction of the Baltic NPP. Currently this subdivision is engaged in construction of sites of industrial and civil use in the Kaliningrad region.
A separate division in Volgodonsk, Rostov region carries out construction and installation work at the Rostov nuclear power plant since 2005.
A separate division in Desnogorsk, Smolensk region has been performing construction and mounting works at Smolensk NPP for more than 10 years. Site construction and installation departments of the division specialize in the manufacture of metal structures and ventilation systems.
A separate division in Zarechny, Sverdlovsk region was established in 2009 to work at the Beloyarsk nuclear power plant facilities FSUE "RosRAO", JSC "TVEL" and other sites of the Sverdlovsk region.
A separate division in Udomlya, Tver region performs construction and installation work at Kalinin NPP.
A separate division in Kurchatov, Kursk region was established to perform work on the current Kursk NPP - 1 and under construction Kursk NPP - 2. On the basis of operating divisions Engineering Laboratory Centre develops and modernizes engineering system of physical protection of (CCTV systems, control and access control, lighting control) and production facility with an experienced and mass production of electronic devices and components.
